All pieces are handmade and sold as is.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items, except in the case of defects.

每件作品皆為手工製作並以現況出售。
除非商品有瑕疵，訂製或個人化商品恕不接受退換。

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe the item is defective.

若收到商品有損壞或瑕疵，請於收到後七日內與我們聯繫，我們將協助處理。
